These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of aimonopolyclub.com, our community, and any related products or services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing the Service, submitting an application, or enrolling in any AIM Club program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
AIM Club is an application-only mentorship. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to accept or decline any application in our sole discretion.
Accepted members enter into a separate enrollment agreement at the time of payment, which sets out the program tier, term length, and fees.
Program fees are disclosed during the enrollment process. All payments are processed by third-party payment processors. Unless explicitly stated in your enrollment agreement, all fees are non-refundable.
AIM Club provides education, mentorship, community, and tools. We do not guarantee any specific income, business outcome, or result. Examples of results shared by founders, students, or members are not typical and do not represent what you should expect.
Your results depend on your effort, skill, market conditions, and many other factors outside our control. Building a business involves risk, including the risk of losing money.
All content provided through the Service — including videos, courses, templates, frameworks, SOPs, software, and community materials — is owned by AgentCore AI LLC or licensed to us. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access this content for your personal use only.
You may not record, redistribute, resell, repost, or republish AIM Club content without our prior written consent.
You agree not to: (a) harass, threaten, or harm other members; (b) post spam, pirated content, or unlawful material; (c) impersonate any person or entity; (d) reverse engineer or scrape the Service; (e) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account or system. Violation may result in immediate removal without refund.
By providing your phone number or email address, you consent to receive transactional and marketing messages from AIM Club, including by automated technology. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. You can opt out of email by clicking the unsubscribe link in any message. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms (including Stripe, Whop, Discord, Twilio, and GoHighLevel). Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AGENTCORE AI LLC, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AgentCore AI LLC and its affiliates from any claims arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or in the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
